					<description>My ex-girlfriend who lives in Albuquerque is a lawyer in New Mexico and says that this basically the way it is with every state service:  police, the courts, etc.  It makes you think:  hey, this is the future America, with a 90 average IQ and lots of folks doing important jobs for which they're not intellectually or tempermentally suited.</description>
